How do I place an order?
Ordering from zunlix.com is simple and secure:

  1. Browse our baby products and select the items you want.
  2. Click Add to Cart for each product.
  3. Proceed to Checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details.
  4. Confirm your order.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary right after purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order?

What is your return and refund policy?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any product arrives damaged or defective. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us immediately at support@zunlix.com. Once your order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

Do you offer gift cards?
