Creating an account may be required to access certain features or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Products and Pricing

Zunlix offers baby cribs, convertible cribs, and nursery furniture designed to provide comfort, functionality, and style for your little one’s nursery.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or individual device settings.

Prices, product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

4. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases of product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe using accepted credit and debit card payment methods.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free within the continental U.S., while additional charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with most orders arriving within approximately 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Large products such as baby cribs and nursery furniture may be shipped through freight carriers and may require scheduled delivery arrangements.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and applicable accessories.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
